Theme: Promoting Health, Wellness, and Community Development through “Health & Home” and Centers of Influence

I. Core Objectives:

  • Sponsorship and Patronage of “Health & Home” Distribution:
    • Secure sponsorships and patronage to distribute “Health & Home – The National Journal of Better Living” to every member of H4J (Homes for Jesus) Masbate.
    • Expand distribution to other H4J communities and interested individuals beyond Masbate.
  • Establishment of Health & Home Centers of Influence, Learning Centers, and Community Libraries:
    • Support the creation of “Health & Home” Centers of Influence in every city and municipality throughout the Bicol Region and beyond.
    • Develop Learning Centers and Community Libraries as hubs for health education and community engagement.
  • Advancement of Key Health Initiatives:
    • Promote and support Project TAPACAN (The Threefold Action Program Against Cigarettes, Alcohol, and Narcotics).
    • Advance APIHEP ONLINE (The Asia Pacific International Health Education Program) of Global Frontiers Institute.
    • Support BZP101 (Blue Zone Projects for Optimum Wellness and Longevity).

II. Key Activities:

  • Signature Campaign:
    • Gather signatures from individuals, organizations, and community leaders who pledge to support the distribution of “Health & Home” and the establishment of Centers of Influence.
    • Highlight the benefits of “Health & Home” in promoting healthy lifestyles and community well-being.
  • Fundraising and Sponsorship Drives:
    • Organize fundraising events, donation campaigns, and sponsorship programs to support the production and distribution of “Health & Home.”
    • Seek partnerships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and community organizations to secure funding and resources.
  • Community Engagement and Awareness Programs:
    • Conduct community workshops, health seminars, and educational campaigns to raise awareness about Project TAPACAN, APIHEP ONLINE, and BZP101.
    • Utilize “Health & Home” as a platform to disseminate information and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Establishment of Health & Home Centers of Influence:
    • Identify suitable locations (e.g., community centers, schools, churches) to establish “Health & Home” Centers of Influence.
    • Equip these centers with reading materials, health resources, and trained personnel to provide guidance and support.
  • Volunteer Recruitment and Training:
    • Recruit and train volunteers to assist in the distribution of “Health & Home,” facilitate community programs, and manage the Centers of Influence.

III. Target Audience:

  • Members of H4J Masbate and other H4J communities.
  • Residents of the Bicol Region and neighboring areas.
  • Youth, families, and community leaders.
  • Schools, churches, and community organizations.
  • Healthcare providers and professionals.

IV. Expected Outcomes:

  • Increased readership and engagement with “Health & Home – The National Journal of Better Living.”
  • Establishment of a network of “Health & Home” Centers of Influence in the Bicol Region and beyond.
  • Enhanced awareness and participation in Project TAPACAN, APIHEP ONLINE, and BZP101.
  • Improved health and wellness outcomes within targeted communities.

V. Evaluation Metrics:

  • Number of signatures collected.
  • Amount of funds raised through sponsorships and donations.
  • Number of “Health & Home” journals distributed.

  • Participation rates in Project TAPACAN, APIHEP ONLINE, and BZP101.

VI. Sustainability:

  • Develop long-term partnerships with sponsors and donors.
  • Establish a sustainable distribution system for “Health & Home.”
